TEN IN ONE TALENT is proud to welcome SONNY WHARTON to the roster for North American representation. “What makes Sonny stand out from the pack is his combination of talent and determination” – DJ Mag SONNY WHARTON shot to fame by winning a DJ Mag competition for Renaissance, leading to sets at Amnesia, a weekly residency at Manumission, and Mixmag announcing Sonny as one of their original “Future Heroes,” alongside Nic Fanciulli and Gareth Emery. He’s held a monthly residency in Barcelona, rocked the likes of Global Gathering, Wickerman and Isle Of Wight Festivals, and played to over 1 million people at The Berlin Love Parade. Renowned for his technical abilities both in the studio and DJ booth, Sonny was recently invited by industry leaders Ortofon and Ecler to become UK Ambassador for their brands, showcasing just what their technology is capable of in the right pair of hands. He regularly appears for them at international trade shows, and features prominently in their advertising campaigns both in press and on screen. With Toolroom having already knighted Sonny "a certified member of the house music elite," the launch of his own “Sound Of Whartone” events in London, and new releases lined up on Stereo, Nocturnal Groove, Skint and Positiva, the last 12 months have been nothing short of phenomenal. Huge releases on Size, Toolroom, Spinnin’ and Skint have all received heavy support from the likes of Pete Tong, Steve Angello, Mark Knight and Roger Sanchez, while his new record label Whartone continues to dominate the download charts.
