 Kryder featuring Bo Bruce
‘Damaged’ - November 5th (Beatport Worldwide)
Dent Music/House Trained
  1. Extended Mix 2. Dzeko & Torres Remix 3. Afterlife Mix
Featuring vocals from Bo Bruce, Kryder returns with his latest track, a potent dance floor tour de force, typical of his work and one of the year’s standout anthems.

Revisiting one of the all time Trance classics - ‘Plummet – Damaged’, the ever mysterious Kryder has stuffed it with a stadium-sized dose of relentless energy, using big room kick drums and a massive breakdown.  ‘Damaged’ is characteristically ‘Kryder’ in its production with its crystal clear mix quality eponymous of the signature sound that has earned him a following amongst the world’s biggest A-List DJs – including the Swedish House Mafia, Hardwell and Afrojack. The release comes accompanied by a devastating remix from rising star duo Dzeko & Torres which has also gained support and plaudits from Tiesto in recent weeks.

With recent shows in Ibiza and Croatia, and a slot on the Fire It Up Stage at Creamfields, Kryder and his side kick ‘Dokta Kaotika’ have been bringing his brand of futuristic electronic dance to an ever growing audience of fans this summer. Recent collaborations with the likes of Radio 1 DJ Danny Howard gained airplay support from heavy hitter DJs Annie Mac and Pete Tong as well as ensuring a consistent presence on the Beatport charts.

First signed by Tiesto’s Musical Freedom label last year, Kryder has gone on to enjoy recent success with his remix of the worldwide smash hit ‘Don’t You Worry Child’ from the Swedish House Mafia, in addition to remixes of a long line of artists that also includes Example and Afrojack and now releases ‘Damaged’, featuring Bo Bruce, on Dent Music / House Trained.

After her run into the final of the BBC’s nationwide talent search ‘The Voice’ saw her 2010 E.P. shoot into the iTunes chart at No.2, Bo Bruce wasted no time in focusing her sights even higher. Now signed to Mercury Records / Universal, and currently recording her debut album with her own single due very soon, Bo says:

“I recorded ‘Damaged’ before ‘The Voice’ started - Kryder is a friend and I have always loved the song, so it felt like a perfect match and something totally different to what I normally do.  Being a guest on a huge dance track has been a dream for a long time, and it's an honour to guest on such a great one. I hope it does really well for Kryder, he deserves it!”

Accompanied by a tasty remix package and a stylistic, high-end fashion based video - set in a dual-reality as visualised through Kryder’s visor - ‘Damaged’ breaks from convention to lead the way in setting the benchmark for the nu-skool breed of electronic dance music artists.
