EDX Announces Contest to Fly on His 'No Xcuses' Private Jet

One lucky fan will get a trip to Ibiza to hang with the DJ when he opens for Avicii.

Progressive house Producer and DJ EDX is offering one lucky fan an experience of a lifetime in the form of a trip to Ibiza via his “No Xcuses” private jet to hang out with him when he plays at Avicii’s party at Ushuaia.

EDX, Maurizio Colella, created the contest as a way to reward fans with an “outside the lines” experience that “reaches beyond the backstage.” Avicii’s manager Ash Pournouri calls the contest a “great and generous opportunity.” And he’s right. By all accounts it’s also unprecedented and not likely to be repeated often.

The winner will need to make a 60-second video about why he or she is EDX’s biggest fan. Hashtag it #NoXcuses and #EDX then upload it here.The prize includes a visit to EDX’s hometown of Zurich, Switzerland to hang with the DJ at a the city’s famed Street Parade. From there, there’s the private jet flight to Ibiza. Plus, there are VIP accommodations throughout the trip, as anyone living the DJ lifestyle would expect.
